This to me explains how the person life would be. It is saying to trust one's self and once that has been done, a person's life would be lived. This quote means nothing in direct toward me, but toward some other person it means alot.

From the Swedish Proverb, the first part, Fear less, Hope more is referring to being strong. The second part Eat less Chew more, I'm not really sure what that is actually referring to. The third and final Talk less, Say more, I guessing it refers to speaking up and not just talking about non-sense.
